Well, this is another “feast” I had a few weeks ago. I am trying to put everything up as asap there were so many foods that I haven’t post yet. I was told that Tai Thong was having promo sets for the menu, we went to try.

The first one was a cold dish, Braised Pork… I loved this one…

My choice, Omellete was okay, nothing fantastic…

Vege was good…

Steamed “Patin” fish was pretty good…

This is the lovely Yam with Pork Ribs Pot… This is good!

Fried Prawn with yam and onion..

The whole feast cost us less than RM 200 as they were running some promo sets. There were 8 of us. We had a very fantastic dinner. The service was good and food was good. We did really enjoy ourselves!

Just to share my own experience eat at this restaurant. I went with my family yesterday to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Even though it’s the CNY there wasn’t many tables occupied last night but the service was EXTREMELY BAD. We had pre-ordered our food and despite of this, we had to wait almost one hour (from 7.30 pm til almost 8.30pm) before our food started coming out. Even though we ordered a course set, they rush the dishes out almost two at a time and got the order wrong too.

It is the most awful experience and certainly not one would expect from such a famous chain of restaurant. I would certainly NOT RECOMMEND anyone to eat there.

Sometimes at peak season like this, manpower is not sufficient. Things like this often happen. My experience was the same as yours but yet again at the festive time like this, I understand their problems.

Most restaurants in city will have the same problem like them in festive season like Chinese New Year.
