It was not a surprise but we knew that we going for something different. Driving all the way to PJ for a dinner in a family, that’s a bit rare. My sis brought us to this place, Magic Wok near Atria, Damansara Jaya. I ended paying the bills anyways.

We booked the place on the weekend, went there early still have to wait for our time. The place was jam packed.

Apparently my sis made the order so the feast begin. We had the twin style “kai lan”. Well, its not as crispy as it should but its okay. Then the Claypot pork was up. This dish was okay. Then, the “to fu”, it was decent….

Then, we had the Magic Wok special Yuen Tai. This was good with buns. Sweet sauced pork (again).
Pork with salted fish (again!!) and their infamous roast duck. Roast duck was pretty good.
I think the combinations of food ordered by my sis was horrible. It was like a meat feast. Most of the foods there were okay-okay only. My gut feelings told me, it could be better. I think maybe because it was too crowded? Roast duck was pretty good. Service was good also. The feast was around RM 200 for the whole table.
