Some might know this place, some might not. For those who knew about Restoran Robson Heights, they would probably dine there for years.

Its located at Jalan Permai, next to Federal Highway. Exit Federal Highway to Taman Seputeh, there will be a T junction. Turn left and you will notice Restoran Robson Heights on your right.

robson

Since Rachel grew up in this area, my in-laws had been dining here for years. Even before they renovated the place to air conditioned.

Yet, this was the very first time my family dine there.

pork intestines

My mum loves to order pork intestines even though its very high in cholestrol. Yet, there was no regrets as the pork intestines were good.

4 vege

We ordered four heavenly kings and it was good. It wasn’t sloppy or too overcooked. Just nice.

The fried beancurd with minced meat was next. The beancurd was smooth and tasty and covered with the strong flavoured minced meat. Good!

salted egg

The salted egg prawns then came. My first experience of salted egg prawns dated a few years ago. Here, the prawns were coated nicely with the salted egg mix and it was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Prawns used were fresh even though this was a fried dish. Addictive!

fish

The most expensive dish of the night, the steamed Sultan fish with soy sauce. Fish were cooked in the right time. Some might overcooked it and some might undercooked it. Not to mention, the meat was fresh which is very important to steamed fish dish. Pricey but worth it.

pork ribs

Lastly, we had their infamous pork ribs. Ribs were coated with rich and thick sauce while the meat was tender and tasty.

The dinner was a good affair. Service was good and the food was very good. The price of the fish escalated the bill, if not it would quite reasonable pricing for the dinner. The whole bill total around RM 200++.
