The Famous Kek Lok Si Temple @ Penang

27 August 2009 7 Comments

This dated June when we were there for a short trip. We didn’t been to Kek Lok Si for a while so going there was a dejavu… There’s few things you can do around Kek Lok Si, shopping, eating and the Penang Hill cable car. I did blog about the famous assam laksa around the area, read more about it HERE. We didn’t manage to go up the famous Penang Hill as the tickets were sold out!

Unfortunately, we were late and they were closing. Yet, they were nice enough for us to sneak in for a while.

Really admire your blog. How much do you spend per month on foods?

christine: yeah the guinness and the hokkien mee

jimi: good question! i spend moderately like other ppl… difference is I go to different places for foods… certain time, my food bill is covered when im working and sometimes i got tagged for fully paid food review sessions…i still have a huge backlog of foods and places that i havent posted yet…

in short, i do spend on foods, but in a moderate way! thanks for reading…
