The Chamang Waterfall of Bentong, Pahang: Photo of the Week
The Chamang Waterfall of Bentong, Pahang: Photo of the Week
There is no guest post this week as I replaced it with the “Photo of the Week”. The picture is taken a few months ago at Chamang Waterfall in Bentong, Pahang. It is a popular waterfall in Bentong.

It was a sunny weekend, Rachel and I travelled down to Bentong, Pahang to attend my colleague’s wedding dinner. There are 2 lovely tourist spots near Bentong; the hot spring and the Chamang Waterfall. We planned to go to the Chamang Waterfall before the wedding dinner.
To go to the Chamang Waterfall, go to Bentong town. Then, in Bentong Town follow the Raub sign. Along the trunk road, lookout for the Chamang Waterfall sign (left turning). Follow the sign up hill and approx 8 km you will reach the Chamang Waterfall. That weekend we went the waterfall area was crowded. It was our first time going there. There are parking lots available there as well as food stalls. Walking across the suspension bridge will be the camping sites.
However, we decided to stay near the lovely waterfall. We didn’t stay long as we have a wedding dinner to catch. There are quite a number of families picnicking as well dipping into the cold water. It is a good place for a weekend getaway for families. However, I advise for those who bring their kids, always do have them in your watch or in your care. Sometimes, when it rains on the hills, the water volume might increases as well as the strong water current. Please do enjoy the waterfall with care and do not pollute the area. Watch out a special food review on Nagomi Restaurant soon. Thanks for reading!

Some people see things that are and ask, Why? Some people dream of things that never were and ask, Why not? Some people have to go to work and don’t have time for all that..
