Sentosa 4D Magix The Pirates Experience: Sentosa Attractions
Sentosa 4D Magix The Pirates Experience: Sentosa Attractions
We will be writing a series of short posts on Sentosa attractions before we compiled altogether. Sentosa Island has been one of Singapore’s top attractions for years. I still remember the moments when I visited the island for the musical fountain show more than 20 years ago.

Lately, we decided to go to Sentosa Island again for a short visit. We went to the Sentosa 4D Magix “The Pirates”. For those who never been to any 4D show, it is basically a 3D show with “extra elements”. Since we can’t take any photographs or videos, just let me explain in short.

We watched “The Pirates” in 4D at Sentosa 4D Magix. It is a journey of adventure in 3D with additional elements like wind and water. The effects were in co ordinance with the events that was happening in the movie. It was entertaining and fun. Sentosa 4D Magix’s The Pirates is suitable for all ages and the children enjoy it. It is one of the attractions that suited well for families.

We enjoyed the show and also our wet faces at the end of the show.
Sentosa 4D Magix’s The Pirates is priced at S$ 18 for Adult and S$11 for Child.
Pass is valid for any show time throughout the same day.

Wow, 3D also so changgih, this one 4D must be wonderful. Do the props touch you or something bro? 20 years ago I can’t really remember where or what I was up to
. The only musical fountain show that I can remember is the one they use to have at Mines Wonderland. Was the price worth it?

Thristhan,
In a way, its not the props but the air and the water. You can feel the air on the face and on the neck. It was a fun experience for a first timer like me. You should try it as well.

I never knew Sentosa Island got so many attractions. Will go Singapore again. Like Thristhan ask, is this worth it to watch?

Hi Diana Diane Teo,
Well, the package for three looks good because it is for the full day (unlimited rides). There are also other attractions available in Sentosa, will update soon!

I last been to Sentosa Island about 10 years ago. They’ve changed a lot, time to plan a revisit again! And 4D sounds interesting, guess it must’ve felt really real! =)
