Rawai Seafood Fish Market

Rawai or better known as Rawai Beach is located at the South East of Phuket. It is quite far from Patong Beach which is located at the West of Phuket. Rawai might not be as popular as Patong to Malaysians but this part of the world offers more than just beautiful quiet beach and group of resorts. It is the Rawai Night Seafood Market or Rawai Fish Market.

Many tourists knew about this place especially the Chinese (from China). There were dozens of them in the market and in all the restaurants nearby.

From my observations, the popular seafood in the market is lobster, mantis prawn, crabs, oyster, scallops, squids and fishes.

The seafood is fresh and you just need to select it on your own. The prices of the seafood are visibly showed so don’t worry of getting cheated. Everything is priced and listed and you can try your luck bargaining for a slight discount.
