Look at the size of that abalone and fish maw. We loved the flavour of the sauce and also the texture of the abalone. This is cooked perfectly.

Baked Water Prawn With Cheese

This is a huge water prawn cooked with cheese. We enjoyed the flavour as the cheese didn’t overwhelm the natural sweetness of the prawn. The prawn is fresh and it was cooked to perfection.

Roasted Crispy Pork’s Knuckle

Where to find a delicious roasted crispy pork’s knuckle? The answer is here at Golden Dragonboat Restaurant. It has been a while since we had such a crispy pork’s knuckle. The skin is crackling crispy and the meat is tender and still juicy. It is good on its own even without the sauces. This is memorable.

Braised Rice With Rich Soup Served In Claypot

Braised rice with rich soup served in claypot is the last dish of the set and it comes with generous amounts of scallops and prawns.
