McDonald’s Singapore offers Nasi Lemak Burger and Chendol McFurry

Starting tomorrow, McDonald’s Singapore will offer Nasi Lemak Burger and Cendol McFurry part of their national day promotion. This limited edition menu will be launched in conjunction with Singapore Food Festival and it will be available from tomorrow onwards (13 July 2017).

The Nasi Lemak Burger will be something really special as inspired by the original dish. It will come with coconut flavoured chicken thigh patty, fried egg, caramelised onions and cucumber slices and topped with sambal sauce and served with semolina buns.

For dessert, the limited edition menu will features Chendol McFlurry that comes with Chendol jelly and gula melaka (palm sugar) with vanilla soft servce ice cream, coconut pie with nata de coco, three types of chendol ice cream cones and they are chendol Melaka cone, chendol Melaka twist and chendol Melaka choco-cone as well as kueh salat cake (pandan sponge cake with glutinous rice layer)

There will be also two new special edition drinks and they are Bandung McFizz and Pandan Coco Frappe (coconut and pandan flavour blended with grass jelly).

Here is the thing, why this menu is not introduced in Malaysia first? Let’s not argue about the origin of these food but why can’t we Malaysians get the cool menu first?

Anyhow, you can check out this super delicious looking Nasi Lemak Burger in McDonald’s Singapore tomorrow. Now, I do feel like flying to Singapore to try this Nasi Lemak Burger seriously.
