Singaporeans love food with salted egg. It could be crabs, croissants, prawns and the now potato chips and fish skins. Irvins Salted Egg Potato Chips and Fish Skin started in Singapore last year (if we are not wrong) and it sells like hot cakes up to today.

Recently our good friend Mike Wes bought us the Irvins Salted Egg Potato Chips as he travelled back from Singapore. We will try to get our hands on the Irvins Salted Egg Fish Skin when we travel to Lion City soon. He bought it in the airport after a long queue. It sells like hot cakes and many tourists are buying in boxes!

For your information, the Irvins Salted Egg Potato Chips and Irvins Salted Egg Fish Skin is selling at S$8 each for small packet and S$16 for the big packet. The Irvins Salted Egg Sauce is sold at S$8 per can.

Apart from the Changi International Airport, you can find them at VivoCity B2, Raffles Xchange B1, Plaza Singapore L6, Orchard Gate L1 and WestGate L2.

If you have tasted salted egg dishes, this is how Irvins Salted Egg Potato Chips taste like. The taste is similar but with potato chips. We loved the taste and you can even find dried curry leaves which gives it hints of spiciness. This is very addictive indeed and now we understand why people getting boxes of these.

The one we reviewed is the small packed which cost S$8 which is around RM 25 per pack and the big pack will cost S$16 which is around RM 50 per pack.
