Pablo Cheesetart Malaysia closed all their outlets

Just one day after we blogged about Pablo CheeseTart closing their outlet in IOI City Mall Putrajaya, there are many people informed us that the Pablo CheeseTart outlet in One Utama Shopping Mall is closed too. Since they have only two outlets in Malaysia, Pablo Cheesetart is no longer available in Malaysia.

We checked on their official Facebook Page and it has been taken down. Their official website for Pablo Malaysia and Pablo CheeseTart Malaysia Instagram still remains but there are no updates since 1st of May 2018.

Pablo is a huge brand in Japan and whenever we visited Osaka, there are long queues in front of most Pablo CheeseTart stores. We tasted the original Pablo Cheese Tart in Japan and in Malaysia, the taste is almost identical. For the taste of the baked cheese tart, it doesn’t have the intense cheese flavour like most the competitor brand. Malaysians are pampered with strong flavoured food so we are used to strong flavours.

Pablo CheeseTart entered the Malaysian market and they opened their first outlet in One Utama. Then, they opened their second outlet in IOI City Mall in Putrajaya. In total, they opened two outlets in Malaysia. All of their outlets are closed after less than two years of presence in Malaysia.

We hope to see Pablo CheeseTart coming back to Malaysia one day? We never know.
