You read it right, the world greatest vanilla slice. I stumbled upon the sign in front of a bakery that reads ‘World Greatest Vanilla Slice’ during a pit stop in a town called Ross in between Hobart and Launceston. I was recommended to visit the bakery and it is the well known Ross Bakery.

Colourful Mount Martha Beach Huts
We have seen different types of beach huts but not the colourful ones. On our sponsored trip to Victoria Australia earlier year, we stop over at Mount Martha Beach near Mornington Peninsula only for one reason. The beach huts.
Why colourful beach huts?
As I was told, this beach huts are rented by vacationers who kept their boats inside the huts. To identify their huts easier, they coloured the huts differently.
