GUINNESS® Inspired Dinner at Souled Out
Thank you GAB for inviting me to a feast of GUINNESS® inspired dinner at Souled Out, Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur. I have been craving for a GUINNESS® inspired dinner for some time and Chef Lyris from Souled Out specially created 3 GUINNESS® infused dishes for the Arthur’s Day 2010.
The dinner started with Meatballs in GUINNESS® Sauce. The soft meatballs are soaked with the beef stock with hints of GUINNESS®. Meatballs lovers might love this.
GUINNESS® Battered Fish and Chips are next. The battered fish and chips are deep fried to perfection.
GUINNESS® Chicken Yakitori is my favourite. Chicken is grilled and coated with the sweet and slightly bitter yakitori sauce.
Lastly, the dinner is incomplete without a pint of GUINNESS®! I loved the idea of GUINNESS® inspired dishes and I hope they could create more dishes with GUINNESS® in the near future. There is nothing better than having a GUINNESS® because GUINNESS® is good for you!
