Matcha “Gateaux Chocolat” Parfait


Matcha “Gateaux Chocolat” Parfait is an artisan dessert starting with a layer of Kanten jelly and Matcha syrup then topped with soft serve vanilla ice cream, generous layer of corn flakes and garnished with a Matcha Ice cream, Matcha Gateaux Chocolate cake, red bean paste, whipped cream and a drizzle of Matcha syrup. The Gateaux Chocolate cake is a beauty, it is compact and full of Matcha and chocolate flavour. The combination is an enjoyable sinful dessert.

 

Hoji “Warabimochi” Parfait


Hoji “Warabimochi” Parfait is an artisan dessert starting with a layer of Kanten jelly and Hoji syrup then topped with soft serve vanilla ice cream, generous layer of corn flakes and garnished with a vanilla ice cream, Hoji bean paste, jelly made of bracken starch dipped in Kinako, whipped cream and a drizzle of Hoji Syrup. If you start to fell in love to Hoji, you might prefer this than the Matcha “Gateaux Chocolat” Parfait. The Kanten jelly is soft and palatable.

 

 

Matcha Anmitsu


Matcha Anmitsu is Matcha ice cream, red bean paste and Mochi is served on a bed of “Kanten” Japanese healthy traditional jelly and caramelized brown sugar syrup. You get many soft texture ingredients in this bowl of goodness but neither of them overpowered each other. Even though this is a dessert but you won’t get the sugar rush.
