Intercontinental Hotel Tao Chinese Cuisine Debuts Handmade Mooncake Delicacies

The Mid Autumn Festival is less than one month away and it is the time of the year for mooncakes. I might not been going around the restaurants in the city to review mooncakes but I did visit the award winning Tao Chinese Cuisine of Intercontinental Hotel Kuala Lumpur recently for their mooncake collection.

This year, the restaurant raises the bar as the purveyor of the perennial delicacies; striking blends of flavour from modern infusion of fresh fruits to traditional ingredients, encased in golden baked skin or crystal snowskin. Each piece has been carefully handcrafted by Dim Sum Chef Lo Tian Sion famed for his delicate skills and innovative creations.
