Since the official opening is just a few days away, we went to St. Regis Langkawi to review this spectacular luxury hotel. The hotel is just minutes away from the Kuah Town as well as the Jetty Point. The hotel is 30 minutes away and 20km from Langkawi International Airport.

The hotel is nestled within an idyllic cove with breath taking view of the Strait of Malacca. St. Regis Langkawi offers 85 suites with 4 water villas and their signature St. Regis Butler Service.

We were traveling with celebrity friend Mynn Lee (www.shewalkstheworld.com) to Langkawi with collaboration with MalaysiaAirlines. The St. Regis Langkawi is part of our itinerary as we want to experience top luxury hotel in Langkawi.

When we drove in to the hotel, we were welcomed by the misty forest like at the entrance of the main lobby. The stunning view of the green entrance of the main lobby is just the appetizer of the probably the most beautiful hotel in Malaysia to date. With complimentary valet service, we walked in to the main lobby then greeted by the St. Regis butlers who are well trained in English tradition.

  1. Very impressive lodgings there but Langkawi is such a feel-good destination that i’d enjoy myself even if I sleep in a shanty. Having said that, who wouldn’t love to be pampered?

  2. St. Regis looks amazing – what a lovely and classy layout. The pictures are stunning by the way.
