One of the main reasons why Brotzeit German Bier Bar & Restaurant is so popular it is because of their german sausages. The Thuringia Bratwurst Plate comes with long coiled Thuringia style bratwurst and served with potato cucumber bacon salad.
What we love about this is the soft texture of the sausage and also the rich flavours. This is a must order in Brotzeit German Bier Bar & Restaurant.

For lamb shank lovers, you can try Brotzeit German Bier Bar & Restaurant’s version of lamb shank. This is a slow braised lamb shank in herb and served with pumpkin croquettes and lightly sautéed tri-coloured pepper with onion. This complements with the gravy sauce.
Lastly, we have this homemade spätzle which is a Bavarian speciality. The texture is similar to pasta and it is topped with assorted melted cheese and the taste is rich and cheesy but not overwhelming.
