Chef Wan Plans To Open His First Restaurant in Jalan Tun Razak

Chef Wan plans to open his first restaurant in Malaysia next year. In a private event last week, Chef Wan told us that he plans to open his first restaurant in a new development in Jalan Tun Razak. The location of the restaurant will be within a new three storey complex opposite G Tower built by Robert Kuok.

Chef Wan’s first restaurant will be called ‘Main Main’ and it will serve 70% Malaysian food and 30% ASEAN food. The restaurant will open in the first half of 2018.

His new restaurant will be a joint venture with a few partners and we can’t wait to visit Chef Wan’s first restaurant in Malaysia.

We are big fans of Chef Wan as we grow up watching him cooking on TV. We visited his home seven years ago when his TV series were aired on Asian Food Channel.
