As reported by Nanyang Siang Pau, the COVID-19 at Sg Chua Pasar Kajang Is A Hoax. The Whatsapp Audio Clip created lots of fear and confusion of regular customers to the Sg Chua Market as it stated that the ‘cheong fun’ sellers were infected by COVID-19.
There are no COVID-19 cases at Sg Chua Market Kajang and please do not confused that this is the same market as the Pasar Kajang at Kajang town.
We don’t really know why people like to spread these COVID-19 rumours as this will affect the livelihood and the business of the traders in the market.
