Ben & Jerry’s Opens First Ice Cream Scoop Shop in Sunway Pyramid

We got to know Ben & Jerry when we tasted the ice cream in Singapore many years ago. Shortly after that, we were working with a client who plans to bring in Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream Scoop Shop to Malaysia. It didn’t happen at that time as the market was not ready for Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream Scoop Shop. Moving forward 2019, Ben & Jerry’s opens their first ice cream scoop shop in Sunway Pyramid Malaysia.

Ben & Jerry Malaysia posted on their official page stating their closure of the one and only Ben & Jerry Scoop Shop in Sunway Pyramid. The Ben & Jerry Sunway Pyramid Malaysia lasted slightly more than a year.

Dear Ben & Jerry’s fans and friends of Malaysia,

After careful consideration of our business and the challenges of operating in the country during a global pandemic, we regret to confirm our decision to transition out of Malaysia. Our Scoop Shop in Sunway Pyramid has closed.

We want to thank our beloved fans, to anyone who’s ever enjoyed our products, visited our Scoop Shop and took part in any of our activities in Kuala Lumpur. Lastly, we want to thank our employees and partners who have helped made our journey fun, memorable and meaningful.

We understand that the Ben & Jerry Sunway Pyramid Malaysia Closed Down but you still get their Ben & Jerry Ice Cream tubs in some supermarkets in Klang Valley. One of the reasons why we love Ben & Jerry ice cream is their innovative flavours.

It is sad to know that Ben & Jerry Sunway Pyramid Malaysia Closed Down and we hope they can make a comeback in the future.
