Good news everyone! The MySejahtera App is ready for COVID 19 Vaccine Registration. Please update the MySejahtera App on your Google Play Store or IOS for COVID 19 Vaccine Registration.
You will send the COVID-19 Vaccination icon, so click on it to register.
Click Vaccine for (your name) to continue.
Please verify your full name, your IC number and your phone number.
Click Next.

If you have health problems like diabetes type 2, obesity, hypertension or more, please click ‘YES’ on question 2.
