  1. I have received the refund in the credit account. Yet i still received the POD Email . Do I need to fill in the form and submit to AAX?

  2. Hello,

Thank you so much for the information.
I live in Japan, and it is very expensive to take the document to notary public here.
Once Air Asia did not ask for it on the e-mail, is it really necessary?

Could you please also help us to fill out the online forms at google docs, please?

    Thank you very much

  3. Thanks for the info, it’s really help a lot!

But do need to clarify, there are two tickets under different name (myself and friend) and received both credit amount in my AA account.

Shall submit Two POD follow the name or One only follow AA account?

    Thanks!

  4. I do not receive notification from Air Asia to fill in the POD Form, hence, no E-Filing number is given to me. Is that means I don’t have to do the submission of POD Form?

  5. I have not received any $ back from them yet. What happened if I don’t fill up the form? Does it mean I won’t be getting my money back?
