Time so share some food stories as we have been blogging about the AirAsia X Proof Of Debt stories as well as the new Samsung Galaxy A32, A52 and A72 stories. This is another our own visit review and this time is to the famous French restaurant Topshelf TTDI.

Topshelf TTDI French Restaurant is located at 61, Lorong Rahim Kajai 13, Taman Tun Dr Ismail. The restaurant is pretty hidden from the main road and it is facing the housing area. They are open for dinners only from 5 pm to 11pm.

We were there for a casual dinner with friends and ordered some of the dishes such as Moules Mariniere, Confit De Canard, Roasted Lamb Cutlet and Chocolate Fondant.

Moules Mariniere RM 38

Black Mussels in white wine, shallots & fresh herbs. We loved how they served the mussels with the wine in the pot. They served black mussels and we preferred this than the usual green mussels as the mussel meat is bigger and sweeter. This also comes with crusty bread that you can dipped into the flavourful sauce with the mussels. For mussels lover, this is a must order.

Confit De Canard RM 38

This is slow cooked duck leg confit with sauté vegetables & potatoes. Crispy skin, tender meat, taste is good and loved this.

Roasted Lamb Cutlet RM 59

This is roasted lamb cutlet with spring vegetables & jus. When we order medium rare, we got medium rare and thank god they didn’t overcook it like many other restaurants out there. We always love roasted lamb cutlet when it is cooked right as you can taste the juiciness and the flavour.

Chocolate Fondant (20mins) RM 22

This is basically molten dark chocolate with Varlhona 70%. This is not too sweet and not too bitter and it is just right.

Overall, we loved the food and the pricing is reasonable if you compare to other similar restaurants located in this part of Klang Valley. Maybe it is time for us to revisit Topshelf TTDI French Restaurant again?
