Sheng Tai International Sdn Bhd (Sheng Tai International), an award-winning home-grown developer and a specialist in property tourism, was recently presented with three prestigious awards, namely Visionary Developer Award, Best Developers – People’s Choice Award and Best Commercial Development at the iProperty Development Excellence Awards (iDEA) 2021.
The iProperty Development Excellence Awards (iDEA) is organised by iProperty.com.my, Malaysia’s No.1 property site and the annual awards is built on three pillars as guiding principles – credible, quality and confidence. iDEA is a recognition of par excellence in property development. The awards raises the spotlight on the industry’s most accomplished developers and developments. Coveted titles of distinction will be awarded to the most outstanding projects through 32 highly regarded categories.
For your information, 26 out of 32 awards categories are development categories and are judged by an independent panel of esteemed property industry experts from various professional disciplines such as architecture, property surveying, topography, property law, engineering, building planning, green building and property and facilities management.
In addition to the judged categories, iDEA has identified four (4) other special awards to recognize outstanding property developers, developments and individuals that innovate and contribute to the property development industry.
