This Mei Hua Stewed Pork Sliced is 397 gram, it is from China and packed in Malaysia by a local company. Like many other stewed pork sliced cans in the market, there are six pieces of pork belly with the broth or sauce.

The pork belly is reasonably sized while the pork belly pieces are quite fat. Well, this is based on the can we opened so this do not represent the pork belly of this Mei Hua brand. However, we must say that there are fattier pork belly of other stewed pork sliced brands so this is considered one of the better stewed pork sliced.

The broth or sauce for Mei Hua Stewed Pork Sliced is lighter in texture but the taste is fragrant and flavourful. Please don’t worry about the fat layer of the broth or sauce as you can scoop it out. All the stewed pork sliced brands comes with the fat layer.

The Mei Hua Stewed Pork Sliced goes well with rice or noodles. You can also cooked it with potato as well as stir fried this with mee hoon. There are also probably many other ways you can enjoy this Mei Hua Stewed Pork Sliced based on your creativity.
