This is a sad news! Isetan announced that they are moving out and closing down their 1 Utama outlet at their official Facebook Page. The last day of Isetan 1 Utama will be 5th April 2022 so it is not a quick announcement.

We are moving out!
After 10 amazing years at 1 Utama, we would like to thank everyone for your unconditional support throughout.
The last day of Isetan 1 Utama store business operation is on 5th April 2022.
This isn’t goodbye though, we hope to still see you at our other remaining stores in Suria KLCC, The Gardens Mall, The Japan Store LOT 10 and our Online Store at www.ionlinekl.com.my
Kindly continue your patronage at Isetan 1 Utama until 5th April 2022 before we go! See you in our stores.
Well, retail business is not easy during this two years as Isetan exit Thailand after 28 years last year. Please take note Isetan 1 Utama is closing down but the other remaining Isetan stores in Suria KLCC, The Gardens Mall and The Japan Store LOT 10 are open.
