The MAEPS Serdang (COVID-19 integrated quarantine and treatment centre) officially closed down on 8 February 2022. Two weeks later, it seems like MAEPS quarantine and treatment centre reopening soon.
Just an hour ago, Majlis Perbandaran Kajang posted this on their official Facebook Page:

There are no official words on the MAEPS quarantine and treatment centre is reopening soon but the numbers of COVID-19 cases are increasing on daily basis and hospitalization are high.
It makes sense to reopen MAEPS quarantine and treatment centre for COVID-19 patients. As one of the former COVID-19 patients at MAEPS quarantine and treatment centre, I had one of the memorable experiences in my life.
I met many new friends as well as grateful for the nurses and doctors who took care of me during my 12 days stay at MAEPS quarantine and treatment centre. I even posted most of the food they offer at MAEPS quarantine and treatment centre as many people complained about the food and condition of the centre.
Is MAEPS quarantine and treatment centre is reopening soon? Let’s wait for the official words for it but there are already evidence that they are reopening it soon.
