This is a popular soya bean stall at Bukit Cina Melaka. It is simply known as Bukit Cina Soya Bean, a road side stall located at 30A, Lorong Bukit Cina.
The Bukit Cina Soya Bean has been around for some time and most of their customers are locals and not tourists. The stall is opposite the former Capitol Satay Celup and next to the famous Wilson Fried Chicken shop.
We went there as my father wanted to take away their famous soya bean drink as well as tau fu far. We ordered around 10 bottles of soya bean and a couple of tau fu far.
The price of the small bottle of soy bean is RM 2.50 and while tau fu far starts from RM 2.80. You can order either warm or cold for the soy bean while the tau fu far with ginger syrup or black syrup. We always prefer the ginger syrup as it comes with hints of spiciness.
We went to this Bukit Cina Soya Bean for a while and the taste of the soy bean is good and it is not too sweet.
You will see many cars stopping in front of their stall as if they are a drive thru stall. If you drove past Lorong Bukit Cina, you might consider ordering some soy bean at Bukit Cina Soya Bean in Melaka.
