The Pan Pac Experience at Pan Pacific Singapore Hotel, Marina Square

Last year on one of my travel assignments to Singapore, I was given 2 nights stays at Pan Pacific Singapore Hotel. It was one of the few luxury hotels I’ve stayed in Singapore. The 5 stars hotel has 778 rooms and it has 37 floors which is the highest in Marina Square.

I was given a warm reception with other media representatives. It is always nice to check in as media rep, tend to have a better treatment.

First impression is always important for guests. For this hotel, the most notable thing in the lobby is the see thru lifts. The ambience is cozy type with lots of sofas for guests. Though the hotel has its history, the refurbishment a few years ago made the hotel looks new.

The room is huge and impressive. Modern, clean and sleek look, I loved the design of the room.

I can’t complain with the King size bed.

The huge LCD TV in front of the bed completes the room.

The bathroom is big. Well, this is Singapore, space is always limited. To have the bathtub and the standing shower, I believe there will be no guests complaining on that.

Like usual, I didn’t manage to try out the beautiful swimming pool as I was traveled around. The only time I was in the hotel is mostly evening.

The breakfast at Pan Pac was fun with quite a huge range of different types of food. The cold oat mix is one of the best I’ve tasted ever. The rest are mostly the same as other hotels, the typical hotel breakfast food.

Overall, I was impressed with Pan Pacific Singapore Hotel. I believe that is called the “pan pac” experience. I enjoyed my short stay there. Recommended!
