Imbi Road Pork Noodles at Win Hen Seng

I’m sure you don’t need any introduction to this popular Imbi Road pork noodles at Restoran Win Hen Seng. It is usually packed during lunch hours and if you are unlucky, you might be on a long waiting list.

While pork noodles might not be as popular as street food like assam laksa and the rest, they are still equally good if you find a good one.  At Win Hen Seng, you probably pay slightly more than usual thanks to its ideal location and popularity.

A small bowl of pork noodle is RM 6.00 and the big one is RM 8.00. It is still affordable. While the variations are usually between soup and dry version and types of noodles, my preference is the dry version with yellow noodles.

A bowl of dry pork noodle comes with dark soy sauce, heaps of minced pork, slices of Chinese pork sausages and showered with chopped spring onions. It compliments with the soup with a number of pork balls. This is one of the reasons why you dear Malaysia’s street food, it is gorgeous and delicious!
