There is another drama involves United States airlines and after the United Airlines incident. This time it is American Airlines and the victim is a mother.
This happens 18 hours ago and Facebook user, Surain Adyanthaya shared the video after the incident. The description of the video as below:
“OMG! AA Flight attendant violently took a stroller from a lady with her baby on my flight, hitting her and just missing the baby. Then he tried to fight a passenger who stood up for her. AA591 from SFO to DFW.”
Okay for whatever reasons, any fight attendance should never strike a passenger. Thus, the victim is a mother holding her baby and it almost hit the baby.
Kudos to the man who stands up for her and her baby and to our horror, the flight attendant challenged him for a fight. Wah, sounds like UFC already.
So what happened after the incident? The American Airline apologised and took action after the incident.
The flight attendant was suspended by the airline and also released the statement below.
“We are deeply sorry for the pain we have caused this passenger and her family and to any other customers affected by the incident,” the airline said in a statement late on Friday.
The woman and her family were being upgraded to first class for the remainder of their international trip, it said.
We always read online how the Americans question the safety of Asian airlines but at least we Asians don’t whack our customers or throw our customers out of plane. We just denied their entry to the plane.
We do have many flight delays or flight cancellations but assaulting passengers is unheard of in this part of the world. However, we do read many flight attendants get assaulted by passengers especially the ones from China.
