Four COVID-19 Red Zones Area in KL
Today is the sixth day of the Movement Control Order (MCO) in Malaysia. For the first few days of MCO, we have seen many people still going out from their home. However, there were lesser people going out as the MCO is getting stricter. There are 1,306 COVID-19 cases and 10 fatalities as on noon March 22, 2020.
Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM) or Ministry of Health Malaysia also categorised areas with 40 COVID-19 cases and above as red zones. There are six red zones area in Malaysia and four red zones area in KL.
The Four COVID-19 Red Zones Area in Malaysia is:
- Petaling Jaya (96 cases)
- Lembah Pantai (90 cases)
- Hulu Langat (75 cases)
- Titiwangsa (40 cases)
There are eight more days to go for MCO, please stay strong and stay safe. Please stay at home, we want the number of COVID-19 to drop so there won’t be any extension of MCO. Be safe and be strong our fellow Malaysians.
