This is a quick shout out for one of the food we tried in Bentong Pahang before CMCO (Conditional Movement Control Order). This is 60 years old taufufa stall called Tang Heng and it is located at the Bentong Market along Jalan Chui Yin (Weekend Bentong Market).

We stumbled this as we went there during weekday for a short trip and we were attracted by the 60 years old Bentong taufufa signage.

They offer the usual two options, the Soy Bean Drink as well as Taufufa (Soy Bean Burd). We ordered the taufufa mixed with the soy bean drink as it will cool down the taufufa.

The taufufa texture is smooth while the taste is slightly sweeter than usual but we love the spicy ginger taste.

You can see many people come and order this taufufa especially locals on bike will just drop by and order.
