Rachel bought this Jia You Liang Yuan Sweet Potato Pancake from one of those Facebook live platforms and I find this quite interesting as this pancake is purple in colour. After a short research on this Jia You Liang Yuan brand, it is actually part of the Kawan brand. This seems like targeting the Chinese market and this is HALAL too.
