It comes with a beautiful white box and a black ribbon of Maison HEI and it must be kept in chiller and it is good for a few days as they do not use preservatives.

As you can see from the photo, this is the 6 inch Sebastian Burnt Cheesecake and they have another flavour (matcha green tea) and also a couple of different cakes you can order.

The cheesecake is soft on the outer layer and creamy inside. It is so creamy, it melts in your mouth!

The balance of the sweetness and cheese is spot on and this is not just savoury but addictive too. I have tasted many burnt cheesecakes out there and so far this Sebastian burnt cheesecake by Maisonhei is one of the top of my list.
