Going to Betong Thailand and looking for good food? Well, this is Ta Yern Restaurant or also known as 大人飯店 (勿洞大人飯店) in Chinese located at the Betong City. This is a popular Chinese restaurant and it has been around for some time.

We went there for dinner and most of the food here are Chinese food (not Thai). It is a huge restaurant and there are two floors. We went to the upper floor for dinner.
It was a feast and we ordered fried fish, meat balls, yam pork belly, long beans, pork ribs, chicken and mix vegetables.
Fried Fish with Chili Sauce. Fish is deep fried to perfection with the savoury sauce. This is something you want to have with rice.
Meat balls are bigger than ‘ping pong’ balls and it comes with good flavour and texture.
Yam Pork Belly or ‘Yam Kau Yuk’ is a popular Chinese dish. The yam is flaky while the pork belly is soft and immense with flavour.
Betong Chicken is very popular and it comes with great texture. Betong Chicken is a must order when you visit this restaurant.
Pork Ribs are sweet in flavour, tender in texture. This savoury pork ribs complements well with rice.
Simple long beans stir fried with dried shrimps.
Mix vegetables with cashew nuts.
