Craving for Halal dim sum? Well, you should check out Samtai Yum Cha Dim Sum restaurant and they are located at One Utama Shopping Centre, Sky avenue Genting, Genting Highlands Premium Outlets, Seremban 2 and Putra walk, Seri Kembangan.
I recently dined at Samtai Yum Cha Dim Sum Halal Food One Utama Shopping Mall. They are located at LG, Foodstreet, 1 Utama Shopping Centre (Old Wing) and opposite KFC. They are HALAL certified, famous for their dim sum as well as their Chinese food.
I was there with my friends and we ordered many food for lunch. We ordered:

If you are looking for delicious HALAL dim sum, you must visit this restaurant. Samtai Yum Cha Dim Sum offers their homemade dim sum and not sourced from third party factories. This is why their dim sum is fresh and delicious.
The Prawn Cheong Fun is my favourite. I have tried many HALAL cheong fun but this is the best so far.
The cheong fun is smooth in texture and the taste is spot on. I fell in love with the first bite and remember to complement with the shrimp chili for more flavor.
The Custard Lava Bao and Nerdy Red Bean Bao is not made for the looks, the skin is soft and it comes with the generous amount of the filling. This is a must try!
The usual dim sum such as siew mai and har gao is well flavoured and it is really tasty.
For the other food, I enjoy the Mala Mee Tarik, Korean Ramyeon with Signature Fried Chicken Wings, Nasi Lemak Bunga Telang with Fried Chicken Whole Leg, Fried Rice with Salted Chicken Chop and Dry Mee Tarik with Chicken Teriyaki.
Nasi Lemak Bunga Telang comes with the blue rice (dyed from the morning glory flower) and the rice is fragrant. The chicken is crispy and not forgetting the delicious sambal.
The fried rice with salted chicken chop will not disappoint Uncle Roger. Fried Rice comes with ‘wok hei’ and it complements well with the crispy salted chicken chop.
The mala mee Tarik is the ramen with mala sauce. The spicy mala sauce offers the usual hot and numbness that I am sure mala lovers will enjoy this.
