4 Million Malaysian Tourists Visited Thailand in 2023

Malaysian tourists love Thailand and the numbers won’t lie. According to Tourism of Authority of Thailand Malaysia, 4 million Malaysian tourists visited Thailand from 1^st January to 30^th November 2023.

This is a record breaking number is all time high record. It is estimated that 4.5 million Malaysian Tourists visit Thailand in 2023 and it will be the highest record of all time.

The most visited areas will be border town such as Dannok and Hatyai. Malaysian tourists are flocking to border towns every weekend and with the school holiday and Christmas weekend around the corner. For sure, the businesses in Southern Thailand will be benefited by the Malaysian tourists.

With Thailand temporarily exempts Malaysian visitors submitting TM6 form at Sadao Checkpoint, crossing border never been easier.

Malaysian tourists will be the number one tourist to Thailand in 2023. I am sure there will be more Malaysian tourists visiting Thailand in 2024.
