This year, I have not reviewed many Ramadan Buffet in KL due to my busy travels. As Ramadan comes to a close, are you craving one last delectable feast to celebrate the spirit of togetherness? Look no further than the PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur’s Santapan Nusantara Ramadan Buffet. Held at their all-day dining restaurant, Thyme, this buffet offers a delightful exploration of Malaysia’s rich culinary heritage.
A Feast for the Senses
Imagine stepping into a vibrant atmosphere filled with the aroma of sizzling char kuey teow and fragrant spices. The Santapan Nusantara boasts over hundred mouthwatering dishes, featuring all your favorite Malaysian classics. From the ever-popular murtabak to fresh seafood cooked to your liking, the open-air stalls put on a theatrical display of culinary expertise.
To be honest, the PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur offers one of the best buffets in the city and they are one of the places I frequently visit due to its variety, quality, good food as well as pricing.

- Live lobster som tam station – a must try and super spicy too but its awesome!
- Bubur lambuk pantai timur
- Rojak lambung mamak
- Gulai kawah
- Salai kampung
- Kambing golek – this is good
- Live murtabak, roti tisu, and thosei stall
- Sizzlin’ grilled fish Portuguese-style – love this
- Wok-fried salted egg prawn, squid, and chicken – always love salted egg dishes
- Fresh seafood spread with sashimi, scallops, mussels, oysters – they are amazingly tasty
- Live apam balik stall – I love apam balik and had half dozen of this
- Raya biscuits and Malay kuih-muih – can’t stop eating this.
