Desaru Peace Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (DPH), the property owner of One&Only Desaru Coast and One&Only Resorts, operator of the property, have mutually agreed for One&Only Resorts to transition away with the final day of operations being 30 April 2025.
DPH will soon announce the appointment of a renowned operator for its exceptional property — the final masterpiece of the acclaimed resort designer, the late Kerry Hill — along with a series of exciting new updates and developments slated for 2025.
In the meantime, the resort will continue to welcome guests with existing bookings during this short transition phase. Guests with reservations have been contacted and assisted personally on arrangements for their upcoming visits. The resort’s signature hospitality offerings – including its sports and children’s clubs, trendy beach club, exceptional restaurants, and luxury spa – will continue to be available for guests to enjoy.
