I am not sure who is Ah Chew but they serves delicious desserts. I discovered Ah Chew Desserts by chance during my recent trip to Lion city, Singapore.
We were supposed to be party our heads off but due to unforeseen circumstances, we ended up having desserts as supper at Ah Chew desserts.
It wasn’t a bad idea and so do the icy Honeydew sago. Honeydew sago was refreshing and it is addictive.
The star of the night was the Black Glutinous Rice with Vanilla Ice cream. It almost blew my socks off when I saw it in their menu. The combination of black glutinous rice with vanilla ice cream was adventurous and appealing. The hot and cold combination dessert was my first and definitely will not be my last!
With such a few Sing dollars per bowl, I will visit Ah Chew Desserts again for more crazy combination desserts.
