Looking for a Private Retreat for our Honeymoon, Halloween and Birthday

It has been more than a month since our final wedding lunch in Melaka. A few weeks ago, we spent 5 days in Bali for our first honeymoon. Then, a few days ago, I went to Tioman Island for a media launch for 2 days leaving Rachel alone in Kuala Lumpur.

We are still in honeymoon mood and Halloween is coming. Not forgetting my birthday is on early next month, we plan to celebrate all of them this weekend.  A good 3 days 2 night getaway is our ideal choice.

We wanted to go somewhere near Klang Valley, hopefully with sea, sand and sun (I know it’s tough to find such place). The place must be quiet, relaxing, entertaining and fun. At this point, I believe that we are slightly too demanding? But seriously we do hope to find such place with a good pricing, we have limited budget for this.

We are now searching on the internet for our little 3 days 2 nights private retreat for the this weekend. It will be amazing if anyone can help out our little problem here.

If anyone could gives me the best suggestion for my holiday for this weekend, I’m going to throw some prize for it. A small gift I bought personally from Ushuaia, Argentina, the “Lighthouse of the End Of The World”. It’s rare piece only available in Argentina. Please suggest somewhere viable by commenting this blogpost. Thank you and Good Luck!

  1. hey there, congrats on ur wedding:)

as stated, i wanted to reccomend egypt, but that was before i clicked on the link 😛

sea and sun near klang valley eeh, hmmn, pangkor is probably my best bet. its ard 3hours drive away and although the beaches are not as happening as perhentian, but good enough for a second budget honeymoon. they have island hopping and scuba diving there too so i guess pangkor is not too shabby.

  2. Hey dude.. for a 3 days 2 night and around Klang Valley.. my recommendation is the new Sepang GoldCoast. 1 hour drive from KL, sea, sun and sand.. awesome sunsets, private and quiet. pricing is resonable 🙂 I can’t think of a better place that is any closer – and it beats all the crowded PD resorts…

  3. Hey Wilson, Congratz on your wedding. Like Su Gim said, Sepang Goldcoast is the nearest beach, sun and sand you can find. Other than that, Bukit Tinggi is a nice place to relax eventhough there’s no sea,sun and sand. There’s a Japanese Garden nearby and a French cottage. So you get a few types of environment in one place. A plus i’d say.

Hope this would help you decide on your honeymoon.

    Regards,
    Flora

  4. u shud go to Golden palm tree resort at sepang..
a very nice place especially 4 honeymooners! 😉
    beach,sun & spa!!

  5. Hey Wilson,

    Congratulation on your wedding!!!
You must be addictive to Honeymoon to for it second time. I got a suggestion for you. You can go check out this website called http://www.my.pyotravel.com/ . They are local travel agency and usually got good deals.
I think they are giving some discount on Port Dickson Avillion Admiral Cove. The rooms are sick…

Have a happy honeymoon and birthday!!

    take care.

  6. u kno where i wan suggest d la xD… hahaha OCTAVIA KL LOOOO XD~but then no sea… got jacuzzi and spa and swimming pool XD… hahaha…else sepang gold coast la xD~

  7. Heard so much about it. And you commented on my blogpost for the first time in ages. Thanks Su gim. I thought you would suggest Hawaii.

  8. Thanks Flora, Bukit Tinggi could be awesome. But we want somewhere with the sea. Please do come back in near future, there will be other prizes giveaway soon. Thanks!

  9. Hello YeZurr, thanks for your comment. Yes, I’ve heard about PYO travel before. Will try to look from there later. Thanks

  10. I would have suggested Maldives but it’s not in Klang valley. LOL! I guess the best bet would be Golden Palm Tree Villa at Gold Coast – the water villas are awesome, the deck extends to the sea. And not to mention the water activities that you could both do.

  11. Yo 😀 Is it alright if I go a bit off topic? I am trying to view your domain on my Macbook but it doesn’t display properly, any suggestions? Thanks in advance! Katelyn x 🙂

  12. hello!
How about Krabi, Thailand? (stay in AoNang and you can access to many beautiful islands). in my opinion better than phuket (and cheaper too! do check out if tigerairways have promotional prices to krabi). i went to krabi with my boyfriend in august, and we went there again just last weekend.. a perfect getaway if you just want to chillax and eat good food. 3 days 2 nights just nice. I’m not out for the prize, but i just wanna share how Krabi is my little utopia. I would really love to share and recommend which places to go, which food places to visit, which hotel to stay, so please feel free to contact me again if you do consider Krabi.

  13. Hey Wilson, your incentive is a good way to attract attention for visitors to post on your blog!! hahaha.. And yes, we should hang out some time to catch up. It has been too long, and you can intro your wifey too to us.

Definitely Hawaii .. if your criteria is sun, sea and sand – and 2000 miles away from the nearest land mass 😛

  14. Hi Coco, I’m interested to rent a night at Octavia KL for a bday party. Tried calling the mobile number in their website many times but no reply. Sent email to them but also no reply. Could you please tell me how else i can reach them? Appreciate your help. Thank you – Winnie
