Work brings me to places and this time it brings me to Chai Leng Park. There is nothing to shout about there but a coffee shop that offers a variety of local Penang food.
One of the highlights of this coffee shop is the white curry noodle. It is my first time having Penang’s famous white curry noodle.
The portion is small or standard Penang size and it comes with white curry but it will turn red when you mix the chili paste together. It is missing cockles but they add in siew yuk (roast pork). The other standard things like coagulated pig blood (only in Penang), tau fu pok, prawns and long beans. It is the same thing but different colour. This might not be the best but comfort food.
