The award-winning Fu-Rin Japanese Restaurant introduced a selection of new menu and brings back the popular seasonal Boston Lobster. The Boston Lobster (Ise Ebi Teppanyaki) set menu includes appetizer, soup (Ise Ebi Miso Shiru-Lobster Miso Soup), main course and dessert from RM 395++ (4 person). Promotion starts now until end of December 2014.
Ise Ebi Miso Shiru-Lobster Miso Soup
Ise Ebi Miso Shiru-Lobster Miso Soup is something for miso soup lover to look forward. This is not your usual miso as it comes with lobster meat. The lobster is fresh and tender and this miso soup is the perfect appetizer for the Boston Lobster set menu.
Ise Ebi Teppanyaki
Ise Ebi Teppanyaki is cooked and topped with creamy mayonnaise. The taste is strong with flavours and the lobster is fresh and tender. I never complain on fresh lobsters, they are such a sweetheart. This Boston Lobster is a delight!
Apart from the signature Boston Lobster, let Chef’s expertise and experience surprise you with their other signature recipe, exclusively picked and chosen a wide array of delectable dishes that will definitely please your palate.
Beef lovers should not miss the Wasabi Beef, sliced sirloin that cooked tender and paired with special wasabi sauce. You can tell from the picture, the beef is cooked to medium rare (even not much blood is spotted. I only finish one of third of that serving.
Pan Furai Wafu Toriyaki
The Pan Furai Wafu Toriyaki, a Japanese style pan fry chicken is another top seller. The chicken is pan fried to perfection with crispy chicken skin with tender juicy meat. This is definitely for those who is not a seafood lover.
The sea is a treasure trove of delights, dish into oceanic pleasures with Fu-Rin’s fresh Sashimi, Sashimi Carparcio Aburi- seared fish with Carparcio style, Ebi Tango Furai -deep fried prawns meatballs and Fu-Rin’s Creamer Maki- assorted selection of seafood with the blend of mayonnaise.
Fu-Rin’s fresh Sashimi
When you have a bowl of ice cold sashimi of tuna, salmon, (forgotten fish), scallop and prawn, you will just keep quiet and enjoying it by dipping into the soy sauce with wasabi. The keyword of this bowl of sashimi is “fresh”. Can we have another one?
Sashimi Carparcio Aburi
Sashimi Carparcio Aburi is seared fish with Carparcio style comes with strong flavour but yet palatable.
Ebi Tango Furai
Ebi Tango Furai looks like the common deep fried eggs but they are not. They are deep fried prawn balls. The balls are deep fried to crispiness on outer layer and soft texture in inner layer. Well done.
Fu-Rin’s Creamer Maki
The title says it all as Fu-Rin’s Creamer Maki is an assorted selection of seafood with the blend of mayonnaise. This is creamy, flavourful and definitely for those who enjoys maki.
Yaki Soba is fried buckwheat noodles with seafood. The noodles are enjoyable but at this moment, we are just too full to finish this.
Overall, we enjoyed the food at Fu-Rin Japanese Restaurant. As expected, the seafood are fresh and the quality is there. It is definitely one of the top Japanese restaurants in town and please book for reservation to avoid disappointment.
