Moonlight Cake House Sri Petaling

Have you heard about the new cake house in Sri Petaling? This is not an ordinary cake house as it is packed since their opening recently and customers queue up every day!

The cake house is called Moonlight Cake House and it is originated from Johor. The cake house is located at 1-G, Jalan Radin Bagus 9, Bandar Baru Sri Petaling and I visited the place yesterday night and it was packed. It was around 10.30 pm and customers were queuing up for a place to seat.

Yes, you heard me right. 10.30pm in the cake house and it was packed and there was a queue.

Okay, the cake house closed at 2 am and opens at 8 am. Except Donutes Bakery that operates 24 hour, it is rare for a cake house to close so late and open so early.

By 10.30pm, most of the breads were sold out but everyone else was interested in the café.

I bought a few breads (the only ones left) and I thought it was quite good. I love creativity of the breads as well as the cakes available but I need to try their durian cake one day. The presentation is gorgeous!

I will definitely come back again as I want to sit in (probably I need to queue also). There is always a reason people queue up in restaurants and the same reason applies to Moonlight Cakehouse.

Not sure how popular they are in Johor but they sure making their name for their first outlet in Kuala Lumpur.
