A couple of weeks ago, I attended my first Fill Up with Air (FUWA) Michelin event in One Utama. This is their 6th FUWA awareness initiative and also the first joint effort between Michelin Tyre and its global retail concept store, TyrePlus.
Personally I have been a Michelin tyre user for years. In my younger days, the “Michelin man” mascot caught my attention and my father always told me that Michelin is one of the best tyres manufacturers in the world. Thus, when I have my own car, Michelin tyre is always my preferred choice of tyre.
The FUWA event was held at One Utama New Wing near the entrance facing the park.
There were many fun activities during the event and the kids love it. The intention is to educate the public about the importance of tyres as other car safety information such as seatbelts.
On top of the activities, I also took a picture with the Michelin mascot. I am sure it is not my intention to have the same size like him.
I had fun in the event and most important thing of all, I learn so much more.
Thus, there is also a “Michelin station” where the public can complete a quick survey regarding TyrePlus and receive a car sticker for a free nitrogen fill up at any TyrePlus outlets.
There are also free professional tyre pressure checks and fill ups provided during the event. I will be looking forward to upcoming FUWAH events organized by Michelin Tyres.
