Restoran New Hai Lik Sungai Chua Kajang

This is one of the few restaurants we drove past whenever we are in Sungai Chua. The name of the restaurant is called Restoran New Hai Lik and they have the air conditioner and non-air conditioner section.

We went there for a casual dinner and we went there by coincident. The restaurant was quite packed but we still manage to get our tables.

Their specialty is seafood but we wanted something simpler. Thus, we ordered a couple of dishes with rice.

We like the Homemade Tofu and the Claypot Pork. It is great to have the Paku vegetable as well.

We won’t be details on the taste of the food as we felt that the food is only above average. Of course there are some hit and misses but it wasn’t memorable. Since we didn’t taste their seafood, we can’t judge. However, please take note this is our opinion. Tasting preferences differ from one another individual.

Thus, the waiting time for their food is slow and we hope they can improve that in the future. For the pricing, it is slightly above average for Kajang food. The beauty of dining in Kajang is the food prices in this area is usually cheaper than Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya.
