The Largest Hotel in Bentong Pahang Preview
Tourism is thriving in Bentong, a small town in Pahang. It takes less than an hour to drive from Kuala Lumpur city centre to this small little town. Now, during weekend the town is often packed with visitors from the city. Weekend getaway is very popular among the locals especially the young adults. That’s why Bentong is one of the getaway towns which include other popular areas such as Kuala Selangor, Sekinchan, Genting Highlands, Cameron Highlands, Port Dickson, Ipoh, Melaka and more.
Many prefer to visit the Bentong weekend market, have some local food, shop for the famous Bentong ginger and pick up durians along the way (during durian season). Some will visit the Chamang waterfall or enjoy the famous lemang near the town.
With the increase of tourism in Bentong, there will be a new bypass to the town from the highway as announced some time ago and a brand new hotel. The largest hotel ever in Bentong will be built next Bentong Avenue shop lots.
It will be a nine storeys hotel with 115 rooms and facing the main road (next to the Bentong Billboard). It set to complete within three years.
Looks like it will be exciting times for tourism in Bentong. You can also check out properties we blogged recently which is the Bentong Valleyview 33 and Bentong Avenue. This hotel project is built by GSB Group Berhad. For more information and enquiries please call 09 222 2219 or 017 296 3022.
