D24 Durian McFlurry Is Sold Out

When D24 Durian McFlurry launched in McDonald’s Malaysia five days ago, it was a big hit. There were long queues in McDonald’s outlets for the D24 Durian McFlurry. We went to McDonald’s early that day so we avoided the long queue. We tasted it and we did a review at D24 Durian McFlurry McDonald’s Malaysia Review.

Overall, we enjoyed it very much but there were mixed reactions for others. Some complained that McDonald’s Malaysia used artificial durian puree for the D24 Durian McFlurry.

Since we know a few durian seller and wholesaler, we were told that when durian flesh is processed to puree or liquid form, the taste feels ‘artificial’. They tried a few methodology to process the flesh to liquid but the end result is the same. Thus, McDonald’s Malaysia didn’t use artificial durian flavour as many out there claim but real D24 durian puree.

Today, McDonald’s Malaysia officially announced that D24 Durian McFlurry is sold out. For those who were wondering why they have so many D24 durian, the fact is they ran out of stock today so you won’t be getting anymore D24 Durian McFlurry until further notice.

Thank you for your overwhelming support for the D24 Durian McFlurry™. Because of everyone’s love of Durians, we sold five times more than anticipated.

As the product is made from real D24 Durian fruits, we won’t be able to get any extra stocks this year. However, we promise to bring it back in 2018.

Again, thank you for lovin’ the D24 Durian McFlurry™ and we hope you’ll continue to enjoy our other desserts such as the Oreo McFlurry™ and Chocolate Sundae.’

For those who didn’t manage to taste D24 Durian McFlurry, it is sold out now until 2018. You just have to wait for the next announcement next year and hope they prepare more D24 next time.
