AirAsia to Fly from Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur to Nagoya soon?

Looks like AirAsia will be flying to Nagoya Japan from Kuala Lumpur again. On top of that, there will be flights from Bangkok to Nagoya too. Tony Fernandes the group CEO of AirAsia posted the statement on his Facebook as he is currently in Nagoya Japan.

He posted this along with the video below.

Great discovery Nagoya. In between Osaka and Nagoya. What a great city. We going to start a direct flight between BANGKOK and KL and nagoya. Coolest restaurant I have been to by the way.

This is good news for Japan lovers like us and a good connection from Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok to Nagoya, the third largest city in Japan. AirAsia currently flies from Kuala Lumpur to Tokyo (Haneda), Osaka (Kansai) and Hokkaido (Chitose).

AirAsia stopped flying to Nagoya from Kuala Lumpur a few years ago and this is another reboot. There are no official words on the dates yet and probably you should check out Tony Fernandes Facebook often for the latest news from AirAsia.

Honestly, we are looking forward for this route as we never explore this part of Japan before. We flew to Japan with AirAsia quite often in this few years and we enjoyed our flights.
